This book is about a penguin trying to play with an egg when he is not allowed to touch it. But the egg starts to hatch and he has to touch it before the egg rolls away.

 One morning at 8:00 Jack and Mary, Jack's mum went to the playground. When they got there Jack's mother went to unbuckle his seatbelt but Jack was so excited that he was already outside. Jack's mother sat down on the grass to keep a l on him. Jack's mother looked up to see if Jack was lost but Jack was on the grass looking for something. Jack's mother didn't know what Jack was looking for. When Jack went to his mum she looked at him. Jack gave his mum a flower. The mum said thank you for the white and yellow shiny sunflower.

The book I read was Big Penguins Surprise.  I read this book to my Aunty Miss Wylma.  She likes my reading and wants me to try my best to read all the words in the book.
