Jesus Resurrection

WALT: Understand how Jesus was different after his resurrection.

Today in RE we learnt about Jesus’ resurrection and the people he showed himself to. The first thing we did was read a  reading from the gospel of St. Matthew 28:1-10. The next thing we did was retell the story and watch a video. I then created this drawing of my favourite part.

1. How is Jesus different after his Resurrection?     He's glowing, he was able to appear without anyone knowing how he got there.
2. How did his disciples recognise him?       He's clever, they saw the holes in hands and ribs.

Or write a Poem One rainy day 11 ducks went to a beach to go in the water one of the ducks did a belly flop.  Then he  was swimming but all the other ducks were scared so they just stayed on the sand. The ducks pretended that they dived in but they didn't ,they tried to prank him. But he knew that they didn't ,because he heard the sounds of footsteps on the sand.

After school he went to play on what he brought with his own money. He went and played on it. When he got on, he played so hard that it broke. He was so sad and so Disappointed so. He went back to the shop to change it but it was closed. He told his mum and dad. But they didn't listen and he cried because he couldn't play his favourite game anymore

WALT: Realise that God created everything on earth and He  is in control of the whole earth.

because of the freshwater, nice clean air, great sky, beautiful mountains.

God is everything he is good, helpful, loving, caring, clever. I love my God.

WALT:

 Read and learn about the events of Easter and how Jesus showed himself to his disciples.

Jesus went to the disciples and said Peace be with you.  One of the disciples Thomas wasn't there. So when the disciples told Thomas they saw Jesus he did not believe that it was real. So when they met back, Jesus was there and Thomas asked if he's real. That means l have to put my finger in his hand and put his hand in his ribs. Jesus said to him, do you believe me because you have seen me? And then Jesus said Blessed are those that have not seen me but still believe in me.
